Crisis Management

Everything fell apart. That's okay. Here's your emergency protocol to get back on track.

You're not failing. This is just ADHD.

Overwhelm happens. Systems break down. Life gets messy. The fact that you're here trying to fix it means you're doing exactly what you need to do. Take a breath. We've got you.

Three-Switch Emergency Protocol

When everything's overwhelming, flip these three switches. Don't think, just do.

Switch 1: Reduce Inputs

Stop new things from coming in

Switch 2: Triage Everything

Get the chaos out of your head

Switch 3: Basic Maintenance

Reset your body and space

After the Crisis

Once you've flipped the switches and feel slightly more human

Do ONE thing from your HOT pile. Not three. Not five. One. Literally anything. Finishing one task will give you momentum.

Be honest about what broke down. Did you take on too much? Skip maintenance? Ignore warning signs? No judgment—just data.

Rest without guilt. Crisis recovery takes energy. Resting IS productive when your system crashed.

Get back to your system tomorrow. Not perfectly. Just back. Even if it's just triaging one task or logging your energy state.
